The Power of Words

Young authors will advance their ability to communicate about the human experience through fiction and nonfiction original pieces.

Each writer will have weekly craft lessons and assignments, learn to "read like a writer", critique and confer, and submit at least two revised pieces to a portfolio for the Scholastic Art and Writing Contest.

Space is limited to 10 participants. 

Cost: $280 for the seven-week workshop series
