The Literacy Coach Educational Services
This handbook outlines the purpose of the center, beliefs, and values we hold, the services we provide, policies and procedures.
Your permission to take photographs of your child's work samples and participation in tutoring and small groups allows me to demonstrate literacy instruction and analysis for all families.
This parent/family questionnaire will allow us to gain insight into many factors that can effect literacy development and performance.
The enrollment form helps us keep track of valuable personal information about the reader/writer that could effect performance and communication information.
